(Or at least that’s what I see on the other side of this Inquiry Form 😉)

No shade to beige, but when you build your biz to break rules and dream big, a beige website is just a pale reflection of what makes you so special (literally).
Consider this my ~official~ application to help creative brands like you shine brighter.
Whether you’re a service pro who wants to book out months in advance, an online course creator itching to sell out your course consistently, an e-comm founder on a mission to drive more sales, or a solopreneur navigating the messy middle, my job stays the same: to brag about just how cool you are with a website design that feels as good (for you and your people) as it looks.
(The other part of my job is to try and convince you that data is cool. A girl can dream, right?).
I founded Zig Zag Creative to be more than just a website design studio. I wanted it to be a place where good people actually get to do the good work they’ve set out to do—without burning themselves out, doubting their abilities, or getting lost in the tech details of website design.

The first step is to put together a game plan to help your website convert even better.
After I review your onboarding answers, we’ll hop on a strategy call to chat through your goals, your audience (i.e. who they are, what they care about, what hesitations they may have), and your customer’s journey. I also share your sitemap on the call to walk you through the flow of your new site and how to lead visitors straight to the “book now” or “buy” button.
I’ll design your homepage first to make sure we’re on the same page. After receiving your feedback, I’ll design the rest of your website, bringing your brand’s personality to life! You’ll get one round of feedback for your homepage to make sure the rest of the website is set up for success.
The typical timeline for this stage of the process for a 5-6 page website is ~1-2 weeks.
Once the design is approved, I’ll bring your website to life on your chosen platform (Squarespace, Webflow, or Shopify). At this stage, you’ll get 2 rounds of feedback on the completed design to make sure you walk away with a website worth bragging about.
This is my favorite step, but don’t tell the others! 🤫 This is where I get to push the boundaries of the web platform to really make your website feel unmistakably yours.
A pretty website won’t do you any favors if it can’t be found on the internet. That’s why we make sure your new website is easy to read, smooth to navigate, and search engine optimized (think: title tags, meta descriptions, alt text are all added on the back-end so your front-end website looks good and performs even better).
Before launch, I make sure your website looks chef’s kiss on every screen size, optimize for SEO so Google can easily find you, and record live training videos so you can confidently take the reins beyond our collaboration.

Is yours next?
I think the better question is, “Olivia, what would happen if I don’t like my branding before you design my website?”
Branding is the foundation your entire website is built on. Building a website without having branding you’re obsessed with would be like trying to drive a car without a steering wheel; you have nothing to guide you.
I think a big reason people hate their website is because they hate their branding (or they don’t know how to use it). Your website will only be as good as your branding, which is why I always say to start with a brand you are absolutely smitten with so I can work my magic on your website as well.
If you don’t have branding done already (or are looking to refresh your branding), you can add Brand Identity onto your Website Design package.
Which website platform to choose is highly dependent on your business’s needs. I design websites on Shopify, Webflow, and Squarespace.
Whether you already host your website on one of these platforms, are looking to switch platforms, or have no idea where to start, we can walk through what makes the most sense for your business.
Yes! I offer payment plans up to 6 months, with the first $800 due upon signing the contract. If you’re ready to work together but need a longer payment plan, I’m happy to chat with you about it. Just let me know when you reach out about your project!
ASAP! We typically book out 2-3 months in advance.
Once I’ve confirmed we’re a good fit, you’ll get a link to book our kickoff call. This is where we’ll go deep on your website strategy together. Think: goals, structure, and overall vision.
Prior to our call, I’ll share your Notion Portal (aka your project HQ). Inside your portal, you’ll find an onboarding questionnaire to help me understand your brand, goals, and dream outcome inside and out + a website copy guide to make writing your website copy feel effortless. You’ll be able to track the full timeline, see live updates, and find every asset in one tidy spot.
Before we start our project, you’ll send over your brand assets & photos so I have everything I need to get started.
For branding projects, come prepared with a good grasp on your brand vision and goals and be available for meetings, feedback, and communication during our project process.
For websites, you will need to have photography, brand assets, and copywriting completed prior to your project start date. We will provide a website copy template to help you overcome blank page syndrome, but if you’re struggling with your copywriting, we’re happy to connect you with our favorite copywriters!
My job isn’t to cover up your vision, it’s to uncover your big brand goals and make them happen to the best of my ability, using my expertise and best judgment. I’ll learn everything about you and your people to create a website that is everything you dreamed of and more. The result is a digital home you can’t wait to show off, that feels 100% like you, and does the heavy lifting for you.
Nope, and for good reason! Having just a logo won’t brand your business effectively nor allow you to fully communicate your story and values. We specialize in strategic, story-led branding and website design that will place your business at the forefront of your industry. In order to make that happen, having just a logo won’t cut it.
Book dreamier clients, land bigger opportunities, and become the talk of your industry with a website that does your brand justice.
